Danielle is a qualified personal trainer with 5 years experience in the fitness industry. Her passion is helping people become stronger, fitter, healthier, happier versions of themselves. She takes a holistic approach to health and fitness- mind and body. She emphasises that her client’s goals are her goals and demonstrates genuine care for anyone she is coaching. Danielle expresses that her life experiences have led her to the role of helping people with their health and wellness journey.

From a young age, she has always kept active and applied dancing to her every day schedule. Her love for personal training and the gym came from a need to feel strong and happy. Having battled for years with an eating disorder, Danielle feels that exercise is the best medicine for your mental health.

Her personal struggle of finding a way to love and take care of herself has driven her to helping others stuck in the same mind frame. She’s empathetic and never wants anyone to experience the same hardship - feeling low confidence and self esteem. Through her education of fitness and nutrition, she guides people in the healthiest way possible, keeping a balanced lifestyle and looking after mind, body and soul.

Danielle will tailor your fitness program to suit your specific needs and make a true lifestyle change. Training you online or 1-2-1 sessions. She’ll also help you develop skills to manage, understand, and track your diet to achieve results.
